There is a tremendous amount of literature out there, hosted by a vast number of different journals and databases. Searching for the right articles can be a complicated and slow process. These are some links to search engines and other relevant sources.

An extensive collection of reviews and meta-analysis. If you want to know what 'evidence-based medicine' is, then this is the site to look at.
2   Link   Cochrane Collaboration: English-language reviews
A complete list of all of the English-language reviews available to date.
3   Link   PubMed
An online database that searches a large number of peer-reviewed journals. The search results display an article's abstract, often with links to read the full article.
4   Link   PubMed-to-email
A trial version of PubMed that is suitable for users & locations with slow internet access - allows PubMed to be searched and the article references to be emailed to the user.
