- General: As promised, the new improved look site is here. It's blue and everything and (we think) is a bit easier and clearer to use too. Let us know if you like it.

- General: We're working on a whole new look for the site. Lots of you thought the old colour scheme was a bit dark, dank and frankly rather depressing, so we thought we'd brighten things up. The new improved r4f will be up soon.

- General Site: most of the pages have now been changed to incorporate the new menus. We're getting there...only a few more to go then we can get to work on getting lots more content uploaded.
